Welcome to the Historic Daniel Boone Home at Lindenwood Park. Journey back to another time and relive the adventures, dangers, and joyous events of the famous longhunter, Daniel Boone. Visit the home where he lived his remaining years and discover the man behind the legend.
  • Guided Tours:Boone Home Volunteers The Historic Daniel Boone Home provides guided tours at the beginning of each hour.

    • One-Hour Boone Home Tour
      This tour focuses on the 200-year-old, Georgian-style home of Daniel Boone. A guided walk starts with several points of interest before entering the home. Once inside, visitors will experience three floors of the home including the kitchen, parlor, and Daniel Boone’s bedroom.

      Admission: $8-adult, $6-Senior (60+), $5-Child (age 5-12)
      Children Under 4 are FREE.

    • One-Hour Village Tour
      This tour focuses on the historic village, which is a collection of over a dozen 19th century buildings brought to this site to represent life in the 1800s. Visitors tour four to five historic buildings learning what life was like on the Missouri frontier. Buildings that can be viewed while on tour include the Old Peace Chapel, the one-room school house, the gristmill, the carpenter shop and the general mercantile.
